Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, give the individuals through the online shop of "KRO-TRAUBE" WINE IMPORTS AND TRADE-Joseph-Maria-Lutzstr.6, D-85276 Oberpfaffenhofen adIlm.

1) General
We are interested in a long-term and successful cooperation with you. The Terms are used to set the framework for a solid business relationship for mutual benefit. In addition, we are always trying to find individual solutions for your specific needs.

2) Minimum Order Quantity:
We have no minimum order quantity. We deliver from a bottle.

3) shipping costs and delivery
-We ship by DHL package.
-Shipping within Germany up to 31.5 kg per package each 6,95 €.
-Other costs (packaging, expenses, etc.) are not incurred.
-From an order of 280, - € we deliver free of charge.
Data delivery i.d.R. 1-3 days on Saturdays.
-Shipping costs for international deliveries on request.
With larger orders our-house delivery service will operate.

4) Prices
The prices are per bottle (0,75 l if not otherwise stated) in Euro including VAT.
The offer is valid while stocks last. Our offer and our prices are subject to change.
Price changes, prior sale and mistakes are punished.

5) Payment
You can either pay in advance (credit transfer), direct debit, credit card, debit on delivery (COD zzg. fee € 5.95). Debit and credit card charge made once the goods leave our warehouse.
Our invoices are payable within 14 days after receipt of the invoice without deduction. First orders are only carrying out in advance (unless expressly agreed otherwise). Your order constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract, which we accept by confirmation. The purchase agreement is governed by German law.

7) Warranty

9) Youth Protection
An order and delivery of our goods, we explicitly point out, is not sent to minors. To ensure the legal sale restrictions the delivering company is entitled to the transfer of goods from a personal ID abhändig.
